Jetro Restaurant Depot in Secaucus, NJ is seeking a Front-End Supervisor who will oversee daily front-end operations, assist with customer service, and ensure transaction accuracy in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will coach front-end staff, monitor cash handling procedures, maintain clean, organized work areas, support scheduling, and uphold company policies to deliver a consistently positive shopping experience.

• Assist with monitoring cash handling procedures and resolving minor discrepancies
• Provide support and direction to front-end staff during daily operations
• Ensure front-end areas are organized, clean, and operating efficiently
• Assist in maintaining customer service standards and resolving customer issues
• Support scheduling and workflow coordination for front-end staff

Work Environment / Expectations

Primarily retail or front-end operational environment. Requires standing, walking, and interacting with customers and staff. May require schedule flexibility based on business needs.
