JETRO Restaurant Depot is seeking a Front-End Supervisor to oversee daily customer service operations, cash handling, and front-end staff performance. This role focuses on efficiency, accuracy, and a customer-first approach in a fast-paced retail setting.

The successful candidate will coordinate scheduling, enforce company policies at the front-end, and communicate issues to management while maintaining clean, organized work areas and high service standards in a supermarket-style environment.

• Assist with monitoring cash handling procedures and resolving minor discrepancies
• Provide support and direction to front-end staff during daily operations
• Ensure front-end areas are organized, clean, and operating efficiently
• Assist in maintaining customer service standards and resolving customer issues
• Support scheduling and workflow coordination for front-end staff
• Help enforce company procedures and policies at the front-end
• Communicate operational issues or concerns to management

• Support daily front-end operations to ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing
• Assist with monitoring cash handling procedures and resolving minor discrepancies
• Provide support and direction to front-end staff during daily operations
• Ensure front-end areas are organized, clean, and operating efficiently
• Assist in maintaining customer service standards and resolving customer issues
• Support scheduling and workflow coordination for front-end staff
• Help enforce company procedures and policies at the front-end
• Communicate operational issues or concerns to management

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or front-end operations
• Basic understanding of cash handling processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or lead role
• Familiarity with front-end operations and processes
• Experience in high-volume retail environments

Work Environment / Expectations

Primarily retail or front-end operational environment. Requires standing, walking, and interacting with customers and staff. May require schedule flexibility based on business needs.
