Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer and assist at the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the register.
• Approve refunds for associates up to a specified amount.
• Assist with training new Front End Specialists.
• Be knowledgeable of promotions and assist with selling product and donation programs.
• Maintain a neat, organized, and clean front end area.
• Assist with receiving, pricing, merchandising, and store recovery.
• Communicate customer needs to Team Leaders as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
