Job summary

Ollie’s Greenville store is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain a welcoming front-end area. You will handle checkout, refunds within policy, and help with promotions and donations programs.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, training new teammates, and keeping the front end tidy while supporting merchandising, stocking, and store recovery tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months’ retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective communication skills and confidentiality awareness.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers entering the store and at the front of the shop.
• Operate the register accurately and efficiently.
• Approve refunds for associates within allowed limits.
• Assist with training new Front End Specialists.
• Promote promotions and donations programs and assist customers with questions.
• Maintain a neat, organized front end area and store appearance.
• Assist with receiving, pricing, merchandising, and recovering the store.
