Ollie’s Spartanburg store in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain a welcoming store appearance. You will be responsible for customer service, front-end merchandising, and front-end operations, supporting promotions and cash handling.

As a member of Ollie’s team, you’ll greet customers, operate the register, learn current promotions, and help with receiving, pricing, and stocking. A positive attitude and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and at the front end.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving shipments, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
