Job summary

Ollie’s is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and help maintain the store’s appearance. You will be responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and front-end operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient checkout experience.

The role requires a high school diploma (preferred) and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential for engaging and serving customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer entering the store.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
