Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Front End Specialist in Houma, LA to assist customers and help maintain the store’s appearance. The role emphasizes frontline customer service, merchandising, and smooth store operations at the front end.

You will greet customers, operate the cash register, and stay informed on current promotions to drive sales while supporting donation programs and maintaining overall store presentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
