Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Pineville, LA seeks a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain store appearance. You will handle cash transactions, answer questions, and promote current promotions to drive sales.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the cash register accurately, merchandising, stocking, and supporting donation programs as needed. A positive attitude and team spirit are essential; evening/weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
