Ollie’s Bonner Springs is seeking a Front End Specialist to help customers and maintain the front end appearance. You will handle transactions, assist with merchandising, and promote store promotions to drive sales while supporting donation programs.

The role emphasizes a friendly, team-oriented environment with opportunities to work evenings and weekends as part of a supportive Ollie’s team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and a team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsabilités

• Greet and acknowledge every customer entering the store and at the front end.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving shipments, pricing, merchandising, and store recovery.
