Job summary

Ollie’s is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and help maintain store appearance. You will manage front end operations, greet customers, and handle the cash register while promoting current promotions to drive sales.

Responsibilities include supporting donation programs, receiving trucks, pricing, merchandising, and keeping the store well-presented and inviting. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required; a positive, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and at the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving trucks, pricing items, merchandising, and maintaining the store.
