Job summary

Ollie’s is hiring a Front End Specialist in Bastrop, LA to deliver exceptional customer service at the front of the store. You will greet customers, operate the cash register, know current promotions, and keep the store neat and welcoming.

You will join a team focused on teamwork, caring for customers, and maintaining a clean, merchandised sales floor. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and willingness to engage with customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer entering or approaching the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support donation programs and assist with receiving and pricing.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising at the front end.
