Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain the store front-end appearance. You will greet customers, operate the register, and promote current promotions to drive sales.

This role supports charitable programs and requires a positive attitude, teamwork, and availability evenings/weekends. Ollie’s offers a 20% associate discount and various voluntary benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and at the front end.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
