Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Greenville, NC seeks a Front End Specialist to assist customers, manage the front end, and maintain the store’s appearance.

You will greet customers, operate the register, process refunds within limits, help train new FeS, and stay informed about promotions. The role requires at least 6 months of retail experience, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months’ retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Ability to preserve confidentiality of information.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• Positive attitude and the ability to interact well with customers and Associates.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and at the front end.
• Operate the register accurately and efficiently.
• Approve refunds for other Associates up to a specified dollar amount.
• Assist with training new Front End Specialists.
• Know promotions and advertisements to answer questions and support sales.
• Maintain a neat and organized front end area.
