Job summary

Ollie’s is seeking a Front End Specialist to greet customers, assist with merchandise, and maintain the front end of the store. You will operate the cash register, answer questions about promotions, and help drive sales while upholding Ollie’s service standards.

You should be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays, lift up to 50 pounds, and be a positive, team oriented person. Ollie’s offers employee discounts and a range of voluntary benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and at the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving, pricing, merchandising, and maintaining the store appearance.
• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
