Job summary

Ollie’s in Ashtabula, OH is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and help maintain the store's appearance, with a focus on the front end of operations.

You will greet customers, operate the register, stay informed on promotions, support donation programs, receive shipments, price and merchandise items, and keep the store tidy.

The role requires a positive attitude, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a willingness to engage with customers and contribute to a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and a team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and at the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising products, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
