Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Coshocton, OH is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain the store appearance, with a primary focus on the front end of store operations.

You will greet customers, operate the cash register, know current promotions, and support donation programs, contributing to a friendly, efficient shopping experience. The role requires a positive attitude, ability to work evenings and weekends, and a team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and at the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
