Job summary

Ollie’s is searching for a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain store appearance at the Marion, OH location. You will manage front end operations, customer interactions, and merchandising to support sales and overall store efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
