Ollie’s, Adamsville store, is hiring a Front End Specialist to assist customers and help maintain the store front end. The role emphasizes friendly customer service, cashier duties, and merchandising to drive sales. You will support donation programs and ensure the store presents a welcoming, organized shopping environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
