Job summary

Ollie's Bargain Outlet is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain the store front. You will handle checkout, answer questions about promotions, and help with merchandising and store appearance.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the register, supporting donation programs, receiving stock, pricing items, and ensuring a welcoming store environment. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who engages and serves customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie's Army and other donation programs year‑round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
