The Front End Specialist at Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the cash register, knowing promotions to answer questions and drive sales, supporting donation programs, and helping with receiving, pricing, merchandising, and store recovery.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset and ability to engage with shoppers.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who wants to serve customers.

Responsabilités

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
