Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to join our store team. You will assist customers, operate registers, merchandise products, and help maintain a clean, welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer with Ollie's care approach to build loyalty.
• Accurately and efficiently manage cash register transactions.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving shipments, pricing items, merchandising, and keeping the store tidy.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
