Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Alabama seeks a Front End Specialist to help customers and oversee the front-end area, ensuring a welcoming and efficient checkout experience. You will handle transactions, answer promo questions, and assist with store maintenance.

You’ll support donation programs and stocking efforts, contributing to a neat, well-merchandised store and a positive shopping environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Must be able to greet customers and handle transactions.
• Reliable availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and willingness to engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers entering and approaching the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving deliveries, pricing items, merchandising, and stocking the store.
• Maintain a clean, organized front-end appearance and perform additional duties as assigned.
