Job summary

Ollie in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and help maintain the store appearance. You will handle front end operations and deliver strong customer service.

You will greet customers, operate the cash register accurately, stay informed on promotions, support Ollie’s Army and donation programs, and ensure the sales area is clean, well merchandised, and welcoming to shoppers.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and support colleagues.
• Knowledge of merchandising principles and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
