Job summary

Ollie’s in Middletown, OH is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and keep the store looking its best. You’ll greet customers, operate the cash register, and use knowledge of current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.

You will support Ollie’s donation programs, help with stocking, pricing, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, welcoming front end. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and at the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving, pricing, merchandising, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
