Job summary

Ollie’s is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain the store’s front-end appearance. You will handle customer service, operate the cash register, and promote current promotions to drive sales while supporting donation programs.

The role requires a positive attitude, teamwork, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. You will contribute to a welcoming shopping experience and help keep the store organized and inviting.

Qualifications

• Greet and acknowledge every customer entering and exiting.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Knowledge of current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
