Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. in Bainbridge, GA is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and help maintain a welcoming store appearance from the front of the house.

You will greet customers, operate the cash register, inform shoppers about promotions, and support donational programs while contributing to a clean, organized selling floor. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a positive attitude and teamwork to serve every guest.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer entering or approaching the front end.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions to answer questions and drive sales
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving, pricing, merchandising, and maintaining store appearance.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
