Job summary

Ollie’s is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain store appearance, focusing on front end operations. The role covers customer service, merchandising, and cash register duties.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the checkout, knowing promotions, supporting donation programs, pricing and stocking merchandise, and maintaining an inviting storefront. Evening/weekend shifts required; high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer entering/exiting the store and at the front end.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving, pricing, merchandising, and restocking.
• Maintain store appearance and take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
