Job summary

Ollie’s Mt Sterling store is seeking a Front End Specialist 2 to assist customers, greet shoppers, and help maintain a welcoming storefront. You will be responsible for cash register operation, answering questions, and promoting current promotions to drive sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
• Positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising products, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
