Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Asheville, NC is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and keep the store looking inviting. You will handle front-end transactions, answer questions, and apply promotions to drive sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and near the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising products, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
