Ollie’s is hiring a Front End Specialist to assist customers and help maintain the store front. The role emphasizes customer service, merchandising, and front-end operations to ensure a welcoming store environment.

You will greet customers, operate the cash register, know current promotions, and support donation programs. The position requires a positive attitude, teamwork, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round. Maintain a conversion Rate of 26%.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
