Job summary

Ollie’s is seeking a Front End Specialist in Weatherford, TX to support customers and maintain store appearance. You will handle front-end customer service, merchandising, and basic operations to ensure smooth store flow.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the cash register, staying informed on promotions, and assisting with receiving and stocking. A high school diploma is preferred, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
