Job summary

Ollie’s in Maine is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain store appearance at the front end of operations. You will be responsible for customer service, inquiries, and driving sales through promotions.

The role requires greeting customers, operating the cash register, knowledge of current promotions, and participation in donation programs. Evening/weekend shifts and a positive, team-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
