Job summary

Ollie’s in Grand Rapids is seeking a Front End Specialist to deliver friendly service, help maintain store appearance, and support front‑end operations.

You will greet customers, accurately operate the cash register, and stay knowledgeable about promotions to answer questions and drive sales. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Assist with receiving, pricing, merchandising, and stock recovery; support Ollie’s Army and donation programs year‑round; uphold the Ollie‑tude values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
