Job summary

Ollie's Bargain Outlet is hiring a Front End Specialist for Store 302 in Ahoskie, NC. You will assist customers, maintain front-end operations, and support merchandising and store appearance.

You will greet customers, operate the cash register, know current promotions, and participate in truck receiving and pricing. High school diploma preferred; ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; positive team player.

• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
