Job summary

Ollie’s in Bridgeton, NJ is looking for a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain a welcoming front-end area. You will operate the cash register, know current promotions, and help drive sales while supporting donation programs.

The position requires providing excellent service, merchandising, and ensuring a neat store presentation. Evening/weekend hours and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential for success.

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner.

This payrepresentsthe base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. Pay ranges may be different in other locations. Actual associate pay will be based on work location, position, experience, skill level, qualifications, and other relevant factors.Associatewill not be compensated below the minimum wage for the specific location where the individual has appliedin accordance withcity, county, and state requirements.
