Job summary

Ollie’s Lexington is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and keep the store looking inviting at the front end. You will greet customers, handle checkout, and promote current promotions to drive sales.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, are available evenings/weekends/holidays, and are team players who enjoy serving customers. The position offers benefits and opportunities to contribute to a fast-paced, community-focused team.

• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
