Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Louisville, KY is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and help maintain the store front-end appearance. You will be the friendly face at checkout and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the cash register, promoting current deals, and supporting donation programs. You will also help with receiving, pricing, merchandising, and keeping the store clean and inviting for all shoppers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Position Overview

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
