• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Must meet minimum age requirement of 18.
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
• Ability to perform cashier and service desk/kiosk functions.
• Prerequisite Training: Service Desk/Kiosk Stores: Completed Cashier/Service Associate and Service Desk/Kiosk training packets.
• Non-Service Desk/Kiosk Stores: Completed Cashier (non-service desk/kiosk) training packet.

Responsibilities

• Observe and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance per policy.
• Assign fixed activities to front end and service desk/kiosk staff.
• Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Support safety standards and report needed repairs or maintenance.
• Monitor security and protect assets.
• Secure front-end change drawer when unattended; protect company assets.
• Maintain housekeeping and sanitation per store policy and health regulations.
• Frequently perform cashier and/or bagging functions; service desk/kiosk tasks.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
