Job summary

Total Wine & More in Scottsdale is seeking a friendly Cashier/Front End Team Member to deliver fast, accurate service and enhance the customer experience. You may also assist as a sales associate or merchandiser as needed, reporting to store management.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS systems, and a passion for great service. A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is required. Training on wine, spirits, and beer will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and team player mindset.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and promote loyalty programs.
• Build product knowledge through wine, spirits, and beer training.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, advertisements, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and comply with alcohol regulations.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
