Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Selling Floor Supervisor to join our Retail Front End team in Hamden, CT.

You will work closely with Store Management in merchandising, customer service, operations, and HR, leading a team to drive results and deliver exceptional service. This leadership role advances the potential to move into store management, with growth opportunities, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to move/lift merchandise up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Train, develop, and coach direct reports to maximize sales.
• Promote safety by following company guidelines.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues and supervise front-end operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Support Asset Protection strategies to reduce shrink.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
