Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations to complete duties.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools for the job.
• Must meet performance standards including regular attendance.
• Must complete the introductory period (30 or 60 days).
• Must be able to perform all job functions safely.
• Must wear proper assigned clothes and shoes for this job.
• Must have and maintain any required licenses, certificates, or permits.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift and prepare by checking equipment and supplies, complying with PPE requirements.
• Collect trash, transport to compactor, and operate the compactor.
• Keep areas clean and perform hourly clean sweeps and housekeeping duties.
• Collect and push carts back to the front-end of the store.
• Demonstrate good customer service throughout shifts.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
