Job summary

Ollie’s Uniontown store is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain a welcoming store appearance. You will handle cash register transactions, greet shoppers, and promote current promotions to drive sales.

You’ll join a team that values be a team player, be caring, and be value obsessed, with opportunities to participate in donation programs and employee benefits. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
