Qualifications

• Certified/licensed/registered pharmacy technician as required by state law
• One year or more of experience as a pharmacy technician
• PTCB certification preferred (if applicable)
• High School diploma or GED required

• Triaging customer service requests by department and urgency
• Entering orders and verifying dosage based on prescriptions
• Assisting pharmacist in providing allergy and interaction information
• Creating and maintaining accurate customer records
