Job summary

Buchheit Family of Companies in Missouri is seeking a Front End Customer Service Manager to lead the daily front end operations of our Retail Store. You will supervise team members, handle customer requests, and ensure efficient POS operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will implement customer service standards, manage staff performance, coordinate with store leadership, and balance cash handling while upholding company policies.

Responsibilities

• Implement customer service policies and procedures and communicate customer service standards.
• Direct the daily operations of the customer service team.
• Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department.
• Ensure resources and tools are available for quality customer service delivery.
• Review customer complaints, track resolution, and handle escalated service.
• Identify and implement strategies to improve quality, productivity and profitability.
• Coordinate with management to support growth strategies.
• Coordinate and manage customer service projects and initiatives.
• Ensure budget requirements are met.
• Evaluate and performance manage staff.
• Identify and address staff training and coaching needs.
• Balance cash drawer and prepare deposits for financial institution.
• Basic accounting functions.
• Additional duties, as assigned.
