Job summary

Qualifications

• Meets OPM qualifications for series 1101 with at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-6.
• Experience includes planning, directing, or assigning work for employees.
• Knowledge of multiple grocery departments to evaluate work and train staff.
• Experience performing daily retail grocery store functions to support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, scheduling, coordinating, and controlling front end activities and personnel.
• Oversee all funds received and deposited daily as part of front-end operations.
• Provide guidance, instruction and on-the-job training to frontline staff.
• Represent front-end operations in relation to store performance and customer service.
