Monroe Truck Equipment is looking for a Material Handler to join our team in Monroe, WI. You will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, verifying counts and specifications, and operating industrial trucks and equipment.

Successful candidates should be able to lift up to 30 lbs and have basic math skills. We offer a range of benefits including health insurance and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 lbs. without assistance.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to reason and problem solve as it pertains to position.
• Ability to learn and navigate manufacturing software.
• Must be able to discern number formats.
• Must be able to describe inventory locations in detail.

Responsibilities

• Open containers to verify count and specifications.
• Load and unload materials on or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves.
• Secure lifting attachments to materials and move loads to destination.
• Attach identifying tags or labels to materials and mark information.
• Stack or assemble materials into bundles and band bundles together.
• Shovel loose materials into machine hoppers or vehicles.
• Operate industrial truck and electric hoists.
