Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience: 1-2 years managing a front end team in a high-volume retail environment.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Partner with store management in hiring A-team members for the front end.
• Schedule front end staffing to meet business needs without overspending payroll budgets.
• Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience with minimal lines.
• Monitor cashier performance and front end operations.
• Review reports daily/weekly and escalate issues to Store Manager and Loss Prevention.
