Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-end operations to ensure accurate and efficient transaction processing.
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed, including register reconciliation and control processes.
• Monitor front-end activity to identify and resolve discrepancies, errors, or operational issues.
• Supervise and manage front-end staff to ensure adherence to company policies and performance expectations.
• Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained at all times.
• Review trends related to shrink, cash variances, and operational inconsistencies to address areas of concern.
• Coordinate front-end processes including scheduling, workflow execution, and coverage.
• Support implementation and enforcement of front-end procedures and internal controls.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant front-end environment.

Job Summary

The Front-End Manager is responsible for overseeing all front-end operations, including cash handling, customer service, and team performance. This role ensures accurate transaction processing, adherence to company standards, and efficient execution of front-end procedures to support overall store operations and customer satisfaction.

• Oversee daily front-end operations to ensure accurate and efficient transaction processing
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed, including register reconciliation and control processes
• Monitor front-end activity to identify and resolve discrepancies, errors, or operational issues
• Supervise and manage front-end staff to ensure adherence to company policies and performance expectations
• Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained at all times

Work Environment / Expectations

Primarily retail or front-end operational environment. Requires standing, walking, and interacting with customers and staff. May require schedule flexibility based on business needs.
