Can-One USA is seeking a Front-End Maintenance Mechanic to support the maintenance and repair of equipment in the early stages of our aluminum can manufacturing process. You will troubleshoot issues, perform routine maintenance, and rebuild machinery with precision in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair front-end production equipment.
• Maintain equipment such as cuppers, body makers, trimmers, coil handling systems, and related machinery.
• Perform equipment tear-downs, rebuilds, adjustments, and precision reassembly.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and determine repair solutions.
• Perform preventive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators).
• Read schematics and equipment documentation; operate shop equipment when needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and safe work areas.
