Martin Marietta is seeking a Yard Loader Operator to safely load finished products into customer trucks and railcars using front-end loaders. You will guard stockpile integrity, oversee yard traffic, and perform daily equipment inspections in a busy aggregate environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• No prior experience required; 6 months to 1 year in loader operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy-duty front-end loaders to move raw materials from stockpiles to customer vehicles.
• Regulate material flow to conveyors, surge piles, chutes, and storage bins to maximize plant production.
• Maintain the quality and separation of stockpiles to prevent contamination and ensure environmental compliance.
• Assist in operating other mobile equipment as needed (haul trucks, excavators, skid steers).
• Maintain safe speeds and manage outer-yard traffic to prevent accidents.
• Adhere to MSHA regulations and internal safety policies; perform daily safety inspections.
